Update: On August 22, 2007 I sold the Shadow and four days later I watched it ride off into the sunset without me. It has found a new home in Rosedale, Indiana. The Shadow is gone, but long live the Shadow page!

On November 3, 2001, I became the owner of a purple pearl Honda Shadow Spirit.
I've ridden an XL185 that I bought new in 1979. I decided it was time for a big bike.
I love this bike. 1100cc, water cooling, shaft drive, lots of factory chrome. It looks very similar to a Harley Davidson FXDWG Dyna Wide Glide, but at less than half the cost.
My friend Mike has a red Shadow and was highly influential in my decision to get the bike. Click here for more pictures.
